By using https://www.kmgolfcoaching.ca or booking lessons with KM Golf Coaching, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our coaching services.

KM Golf Coaching provides personalized golf coaching in Calgary, Alberta, including private lessons, semi-private lessons, junior coaching, and short game programs. Lessons may take place at indoor or outdoor locations in Calgary as arranged with Coach Khawar.

Lessons are booked by contacting us through the website contact form, email, or phone. Payment terms, package selection, and scheduling are confirmed directly with KM Golf Coaching before or at the time of purchase.

All prices shown on this website are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise.

Prepaid lesson packages and sessions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions expire after that period. See our Refund Policy for full details on validity, cancellations, and refunds.

You agree to arrive on time, dress appropriately for golf activity, and follow safety instructions during lessons. You are responsible for disclosing any health conditions or physical limitations that may affect your participation.

Golf involves physical activity and inherent risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KM Golf Coaching and Coach Khawar Murtaza are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in lessons, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, facility availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule affected sessions.

Content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by KM Golf Coaching unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute site content without written permission.

Lesson video, swing data, or coaching materials shared during sessions are for your personal improvement only unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Alberta.
