How lesson packages work, when sessions expire, and how cancellations and refund requests are handled at KM Golf Coaching.

Session Validity

All prepaid lesson packages and sessions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. This matches the validity shown on our pricing pages.

You must use your purchased sessions within that 12-month period. Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be used after that date.

Scheduling Lessons

After purchase, lessons are scheduled by mutual agreement between you and Coach Khawar based on availability. Purchasing a package does not automatically book specific dates or times.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours notice when you need to cancel or reschedule a booked lesson. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of that session from your package.

If we cancel a lesson due to illness, weather, or facility issues, we will reschedule the session at no additional charge.

Refunds

Lesson packages and prepaid sessions are generally non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

Refunds may be considered in cases of billing errors or if KM Golf Coaching is unable to deliver purchased sessions within the 12-month validity period through no fault of the client.

Expired sessions are not refundable, transferable, or exchangeable after the 12-month validity period ends.

Package Changes

If you have questions about upgrading, splitting, or adjusting a package before sessions are used, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests at our discretion.
